when I have multiple Internet Explorer sessions open, and have moved one of them to monitor 4, then work in another IE session on monitor 3, the applicaton on monitor 4 will sometimes lockup. It is not always the same websites on 3 or 4. Using Matrox 450mm on an HP pc with a gig of RAM

My guess would be that this is not related to UltraMon.
Does the problem go away if UltraMon isn't running? You can close UltraMon via the UltraMon icon in the system tray.
If you have Matrox PowerDesk enabled, disabling it might be worth a try.
