Windows Key+D before installing UltraMon used to minimize all applications except for the Windows toolbar, after installing UltraMon Windows Key+D minimizes all applications including the toolbar.
Can you add in a fix to solve this?

What operating system are you using?
I tested on Windows XP SP2, worked fine. WIN+D didn't hide the Windows taskbar with and without UltraMon running.

By any chance, do you mean it's hiding the ultramon smart taskbar, and not the actual windows one?

after a reboot windows key+D doesn't minimize the toolbar
