I am using an program on my primary screen that is full-screen. and i have firefox and some other programs on the second screen. but as soon as I do anything at all on the secondary screen the program on the primary gets minimized. how do I do so this wont happen?

UltraMon won't help with this, support for this would need to be added to the application itself.
