Windows Title Bar buttons used to work fine. Now, upon starting up, the buttons don't function. They will function fine after I go into options and turn them off and then turn them back on. I can also change the pixel spacing option and this will make the buttons start working. I guess there is something that is disabling the buttons during startup, and then when the settings are revised the buttons are reinitialized and this makes them work. Is there a fix for this or a way to make this happen automatically

Do you have the utility software from the video card driver enabled (Nvidia nView Desktop Manager, ATI HydraVision, Matrox PowerDesk)?
If yes, please try if disabling it fixes the problem.
