I'm running ver 2.5.22.0 on a Dell Latitude D600 with ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000 video and two screens (internal LCD plus an external LCD). The OS is Windows XP SP-2 with 512MB RAM.
My problem is that Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional crashes if I right-click on the Acrobat icon on the taskbar. It happens on either taskbar (Windows taskbar and Ultramon 2nd screen taskbar); but Acrobat does not crash if I do this while Ultramon is not loaded.
The specific error is: The instruction at "0x2d864aa2" referenced memory at "0x00000008". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program
I used DesktopHeap.exe to max the heap size, with no effect. It may actually be a bug in Acrobat, but I was curious if anyone else has seen this problem.
Thanks, Shawn

Most likely this is due to the custom menu commands added by UltraMon, Adobe Reader version 7 has the same problem.
As a workaround, go to UltraMon Options > Window Menu and add the Acrobat executable to the list of excluded applications.
If this fixes the problem, please post the name of the executable here, I will then disable menu commands for the application by default in the next release.

Thanks for the speedy reply! That appears to have fixed the problem.
I added "acrobat.exe" from the "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Acrobat" folder (standard installation folder).
Thanks again... Shawn
