UltraMon can't do this.
You could play a video stretched across the desktop with VideoSaver, I don't know if performance will be sufficient though for a 3x3 or 4x4 system.

There is a video player named VLC.
within VLC you can have it output to multiple "windows" and each window can be a screen. best of all, it's free!
