Hi all,
I plan to buy a Matrix G550 both I'm having some doubts.
Does anyone know if the Matrox G550 will support the following at BOTH outputs simultaneously?
1280x1024 resolution
32-bit colors
Vertical 75Hz
Horizontal 80kHz
I want to use two identical analog monitors, at the same resolution, refresh rate, etc. I would be using the DVI->VGA adapter on the Matrox's secondary port.
The information on the internet is not very clear about the supported refresh rates of the secondary port (actually I can't find any information about the supported refresh rates of the primary port either!). Resolution on both ports doesn't seem to be a problem.

yes, i am sure the high refresh rate is supported on #2. i run 18 LCD's on both outputs so mines only goes up to 75.

I did go for the G550 and everything does indeed work; 1280x1024 @ 75Hz on both monitors is no problem!
