Hi there,
i'm running a three-screen system with a fourth output connected to a video-beamer. All i want is a DVD software that plays back DVDs (what else :)) BUT is able to playback the DVD on any screen without switching the primary screen. I tried PowerDVD from Cyberlink and WinDVD Platinum from Intervideo. Switching the prim screen makes it impossible to work while having a film running - any message box pops up on the prim screen (right behind the video).
Thanks for you help. sutt

VLC is another great player that would do the trick. It can play divx encoded videos without codecs and there is a version for just about any operating system you could possibly run.
