on my primary monitor all of my icons line up at the top and when i try to movie them down into a horizontal line they just all line up again at the top of my monitor....also with my internet when i open up internet explorer it only takes up half of the screen , even when i maximize it it doesnt do n e thing but go a lil bit bigger
