NiftyWindows is a utility which allows you to assign special actions to mouse and keyboard buttons.

If UltraMon is also installed, and your mouse has back (4th) and forward (5th) buttons, NiftyWindows supports moving windows to the next/previous monitor by pressing right mouse button + forward mouse button and right mouse button + back mouse button.

In order for this to work, you'll need to create two UltraMon hotkeys:

CTRL + SHIFT + < : move window to next monitor
CTRL + < : move window to previous monitor

-End Quote-

Now this is all well and good but if you try to create a hotkey for "CTRL + SHIFT + <" it Comes out like this "CTRL + SHIFT + ,". So what good does it do to make a hotkey that won't work anyway

I've been able to reproduce the issue, this won't work with the US keyboard layout or any other keyboard layout where you get the < character by pressing SHIFT + <key>.

I'll forward this to the author of NiftyWindows.
