The problem is that WMP 10 adds its own button, as a workaround you could either set the WMP menu bar to autohide, or disable the UltraMon window buttons for WMP.
To change the WMP menu bar to autohide, select View > Menu Bar Options > Autohide Menu Bar from the WMP menu.
To disable the UltraMon window buttons for WMP, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray, select Options from the menu, then select the Window Title Bar tab and add wmplayer.exe (from Program Files\Windows Media Player) to the list of excluded applications.
