I'm considering buying this card; it has 2 VGA connectors plus a feature that appeals to me; a Video In as well as Video Out. Has any body tried this card?

Ideally what I need is a video capture facilities and dual monitor support (and decent 3d) - any recommendations? (max ~£200 UKP solution) I currently running Matrox g400 Dualhead.
