i have a 6800gt and (2) 17" monitors hooked up to it, (its an agp). if i got a pci graphics card, (something like this http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-145-055&depa=0 ), would i be able to run 4 monitors?

I dont see any reason it wouldnt work. Just watch out, once you get 4 you'll want 6! :)

Its questionable, I had no luck getting a NVIDIA card to work with my ATI card. That said, some people seem to have them working together.
