When using the smart task bar, an invisible task pops up on the main monitor task bar for an instant and vanishes. I tracked down the application, it's HP printer software. When I turn off the smart task bar, this application is invisible, I never see it popping up on the task bar.

I have the Office 5510 All-in-one.

I would guess it's the 4th one 'Full Feature Software/Driver'. But you may need the printer to install the software. I installed from the CD that came with the printer and applied patches using the update checker.

This is an issue with the HP software, it happens when UltraMon isn't running. I've tuned it out now and don't notice it as often.
