it's not the PC that's the problem it's the TV(not the hardware - 1.8GHz Intel Celeron, 256 DDR RAM...). The TV has no S-Video port, anyways I bought one with S-Video (the PC end) and with analog things :P (in the other end), but tere is no connection (I tryed with TVTool)
Some help would be useful.
