Is there any way to have BOTH monitors minimize all windows when I press the WINDOWS-M combination? Right now only the primary monitor minimizes everything.

use [winkey]-D instead. it forces a screen redraw each time, but that's the only way to get all windows to minimize.
like you, i use winkey-M a lot too.

Cool, that seems to work. Although it is a little diff than teh behavior of teh M key...I can live with it.
