When i'm playing a game i like to have mIRC or MSN opened on the other window so i can speculate both at the same time, but when i interact with other monitor the game minimizes itself on the other monitor. Any way to fix that?

You might want to take a look through all the previous posts that discuss this exact same issue. This also seems like a common question among gamers.
