I wish the option to ignore a monitor did NOT prevent me from using it entirely. I have a television connected to one of my videocards, and I only use it occasionally. Unfortunately, if I tell UltraMon to ignore it, I can't use it at all; the mouse isn't even allowed to move onto that desktop.
For this particular display, I don't want the smart taskbar, I don't want my multiple-monitor wallpaper stretched onto that monitor, but I still do want to be able to drag windows onto it. Is this possible and I am missing something?
Is there a way to have UltraMon just ignore a monitor, without disabling it?

UltraMon currently doesn't support this, except for removing the taskbar from a monitor.
To do this, right-click the taskbar on that monitor and select Close from the menu.
I would recommend only enabling the TV before you want to use it, and disable it again afterwards. You could do this easily with two display profiles, and it would also be possible to do this with a customized application shortcut.
