Is there currently a feature, or is it planed to allow randomly picking the wallpaper (Different one on each monitor) either by time, bootup etc...?

Currently that's not supported, this feature will be considered for UltraMon 3.
The ChangeWallpaper script can be used to switch to the next UltraMon wallpaper, but it doesn't support displaying random images.
