I am currently having trouble using my TV as a secondary display. I have it hooked up to a Radeon 7000 64MB DDR PCI card through composite imput, (Using Windows XP Pro SP2) and though I am able to use it to clone one of my monitors, it never shows up as a (in my case) 4th monitor in my Display properties. Is using the TV-Out function to acheive an aditional monitor only available for nVidia cards? Because I have seen pictues where people have the "identify" option turned on and the TV is a completely separate number. I greatly appreciate any help.

Are you currently using 2 other monitors in addition to your TV?

I am currently using 3 monitors, with 2 video cards (an ATI Radeon 9600 XT 256MB AGP and an ATI Radeon 7000 64MB PCI) and I wish to use my TV as a 4th monitor

Have you installed ATI's drivers and not the MS version on the windows update site? I find that these are needed to get proper tvout support.
