I get horizontal lines flashing randomly across my third monitor. This LCD monitor is connected to an ATI Radeon 7500 PCI card. Dell Dimension 8300. Win-XP. 1920x1200 DVI(horizontal lines are present in all resolutions). Changing screen refresh rate had no effect. No lines are present in VGA mode (but the resolution is not as good as DVI). Any suggestions?
