First of all, UltraMon is very cool! However, there is one thing that would really help, although I'm not sure if this is possible.
A lot of times, I'll have an IM conversation in the 2nd monitor and leave it open. After a while, I'll get back to work :) and focus my attention on my primary monitor.
Meanwhile, the person I was talking to will IM me again, but since the conversation window was still open, I don't get a "toast". Instead, the button in the task bar on the 2nd monitor will flash.
Most of the time, I don't notice this, being fully engrossed in work, so the other person gets annoyed (usually my wife) and starts "nudging" me, etc. I also have my sound muted, so I don't get that feedback either.
Anyway, I was wondering if it would be possible to detect when a window is flashing in the 2nd monitor and perhaps "flash" or "balloon popup" a notification from the UltraMon tray applet?
