I'm using ATI Catalyst 5.6. This is how I do it:
1. Ensure that both monitors are set to the same resolution.
2. ATI Catalyst Control Center -> Wizard -> Step-by-Step Wizard -> Horizontal Stretch Mode
Doing this allows my Pinnacle PCTV Pro to run in the secondary monitor.
