When I have MS Project open on one monitor, then I click on Window - New Window to get a 2nd view, I can't seem to have one view on one monitor, and the other view on the 2nd monitor - if I click on change monitor - both windows swap. How can I get one MS Project Window on Monitor 1, and the 2nd MS Project Window on Monitor 2? This is really important for me - MS Project is where I really start eating real estate. Really hope you can help me. Thank-you.

The problem is that Project places document windows within the same main window.
What you could do is maximize the main Project window to the desktop (click on the Maximize to Desktop button added by UltraMon), you can then move the document windows to different monitors.
