Hi:

I didn't see a search option to look for simialar problems.

I am transitioning from a P4 with Nivida 2 LCD display setup to the below config.

I am having a problem with web content not holding position on a computer reboot.

I have a compaq 1800T notebook with XP using ibm video drivers for dualview. I also have an easydock 1000ev. So I am running the notebook 15" LCD and 2 19" LCDs.

I have it set up for weather monitoring with 27 motion web content pictures snychornized every 10 minutes.

Everything works fine until I reboot the notebook. The notebooks external monitor will not hold the web content position. All of the web content for the external monitor is placed on the easydocks display. The notebooks web content display is fine.

I have tried ultramon but don't see an easy solution there. Maybe I am missing something.

If ultramon won't do it is there another program out there designed for this problem?

As you can imagine I have had some obstacles to overcome getting this far. This is the last problem. If I can't get this figured out I will more than likly have to go back to P4 with a quad nivida.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

UltraMon can do application positioning on a per-shortcut basis, I'm not sure if this will work well for your setup though.

To configure a shortcut, right-click the shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and configure the settings as desired.

Another option might be to use a window positioning application such as ZMover.
