Hello.
I want to build multimonitor machine based on quite recent board on which I won't have spare PCI ports, one powerfull PCIe x16 graphics card and...empty other PCIe slots :/
Is there a way to use them for the purpose?

Yes, there is. Or will be shortly. I know of one graphic card with PCIe x1, available in August. With DualDVI and great analog quality also (just no 3D speed - it's G550 after all, but I assume you don't want that from graphics cards other than the one in x16 slot)
