I'm currently researching dual displays for htpc purposes. I'm going to have a crt monitor and a tv output. One question though:
If you have the tv tuner output going to the secondary monitor, can you use the tv tuners remote contol without affecting the applications in the primary monitor?
I ask because i want to be able to use the primary monitor without being disturbed by channel changes on the tv tuner via the remote control.
Anyone have any thoughts?

It shouldn't be a problem. I can keep all the TV watching and channel changing on my second monitor with my cheap LeadTek WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe card, and the LeadTek software, so I imaging other cards and software can do it just as well.
