Using Photoshop 7, whenever I go to File|New... to create a new file, the resulting dialog box isn't visible. I think it's opening off-screen, which has happened with other applications on my setup before.
I'm using a Samsung 17" LCD on the left side, and a MAG 17" CRT (set as primary) on the right side. So I'm running two resolutions: 1280x1024 and 1024x768, respectively. All obvious criticisms aside, it works fairly well for me except for this thing with Photoshop.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

UltraMon won't help with this, but moving the New File dialog to the monitor where you want it and closing it there should fix the problem, Photoshop should then open the dialog on the same monitor the next time.
To move the dialog, press ALT+SPACE and use the arrow keys to move it back to the desktop.

I've always had this problem with Photoshop. It has nothing to do with UltraMon.
Somewhere Photoshop stores where your dialog boxes were the last time they were used, and I've yet to find out exactly where. No luck in the registry, in .ini file, anywhere. One time, I re-oriented my monitors in all sorts of quandrants (or pentants (depending on how many monitors you have!)) until I found the dialog box. Another time, this problem with Photoshop actually lead me to force a reinstall of the OS. (Reinstalling Photoshop did not fix the problem.)
My suggestion is that when you use Photoshop, make sure you have your monitors just like you want them. If you install and use Photoshop, then wish to move the orientation of you monitors around, the photoshop dialog boxes will more than likely be off the visible screen in some unseen coordinates.
This is one thing about Photoshop that Adobe should consider fixing. You can "Save your Workspace" in Photoshop; however, I've never found this feature all that accurate, and, more than that, saving your workspace doesn't save the coordinates of your dialog boxes.
I just pay real close attention to what monitor the dialog boxes appear, and if I move them, which x,y coordinates to expect them if I ever make the dreadful decision to reorient my monitors.
My Workspace
Good luck!
Thanks, - Ryan

This is a very common problem with laptops and happens in many other applications including photoshop. What I have done is add a Hotkey in the UltraMon Options to "Move window to primary monitor"
I feature I would like is for UltraMon to detect when a new window becomes shown to automaticly detect this problem and to move it to the primary monitor.

Hey, I was browsing forums looking for a way to relax after a long day and noticed people discussing online casinos. That’s when I discovered chicken road and tried their Slots game. The first few spins didn’t give me anything, but after risking a bigger bet, I finally hit a solid win. Players from Nigeria can enjoy special bonuses, which made the experience even more thrilling. Now it’s my favorite place to unwind casually.
