up till the other day all was fine and then it disapeared and i cant get it to work again. all the options are ticked for it and i cant remember installing anything aprat from games.
apologies for being vaugue but anyone got any idea?

Try resetting the Smart Taskbar configuration, this should fix the problem.
To do this, close UltraMon, then run regedit.exe and delete the registry key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\Smart Taskbar'.
