OK, so now I am realy stpid but i cant get this stuff to work.
I have two monitors and they work fine. They are both connected to my Nvidia 6800. I can use them both i windows but when i install Ultramon i cant find my other monitor.
I think that Ultramon thinks my monitors are just one monitor. (becouse in the unltramon mirroring setup, they say the monitor has the same resolution as my two monitors)
so how do i get ultramon to understand that it is two monitors and not one?

Most likely you are currently using span mode, to use UltraMon you'll need to switch to standard extended desktop mode.
To do this, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray, select Display Settings from the menu, click on Advanced, select the Nvidia tab, select nView Display Settings and change the multi-monitor mode to Dualview.

Ok, I had already tried that. But now I did it again and rebooted. tadaa!
I hate reboots!
Thanks, this software is great! First i wonderd why one needed 2 monitors, now i planing buying my third.
