Greetings,
I have a PC and a laptop. Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor are shared through a switch.
I would like to be able to use two monitors with the laptop (have to add a PCMCIA video card) but I don't know what will happen when I switch to the PC monitor and then back to the laptop. Do you think the laptop will still recognise the two monitors, or will I have to reconfigure it every time?.
Sorry if the question is too simple, but I am a newcomer to "multi monitoring".
Any information will be much appreciated. Txs in advance for your assistance!

Been there, done that. No problem. As far as the laptop is concerned, the second screen was switched off momentarily.
