Hi there,
I currently run 3 monitos each on its own card (AGP, 2xPCI). Thinking of getting one of these ati xpress 200 boards now. An extra ATI pci-e card can be added to drive 3 or 4 monitors. Anyone has experience with this yet?
Specific things I'm wondering:
Is this "surroundview" some sort of span mode ATI uses or are they handeled independently?
If independently, can I (hopefully) set the additional pci-e card as primary? I would be getting a Radeon X800 XL 256MB pci-e which should be much faster then the onboard xpress.
Also if independently is there DX/OGL/VID Overlay and all the good stuff available on the non-primary(s)? I'd hate to have this Radeon X800 just sit around there getting bored.
