Hi, I would like to use a dual head Matrox PCI card as the primary and mirror port one to the on motherboard video port. Can this be done with UltraMon? Thanks for any words of wisdom on this.

Probably, but hardware mirroring of the 2 Matrox ports would be much higher performance than software mirroring across display adapters, or you could use a VGA splitter unit to split one of the outputs to drive 2 monitors.
