I am trying to use the on board video as a mirror to a Matrox G450 MMS PCI dual head video card port 1. Is this even possible ? I haven't seen anywhere in the forums where someone is using a PCI video card and mirroring the on board video. Is there another card that will do this ?

That will require software mirroring, with a program like UltraMon. For hardware mirroring, both outputs have to be on the same video card, or you have to use an external splitter device.
