Hey hey,
I have folowing problem...
When I installed Ultramon everything worked fine!
But after my first reboot I got my 2 screens on the lowest res thinkable... with an error "Can't find video card information!" When I uninstall Ultramon everything is ok again!
My system: Windows XP PRO SP2 - PVI 550 - 1G RAM - ASUS ATI X800 XT with the latest ASUS driver! With 2 Hercules 17" Primary on VGA and Secondary on DVI

Please try if uninstalling the mirroring feature fixes the problem.
To do this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon, click on Change, then deselect the mirroring feature on the Customize Installation page.

I've got it fixed by installing the latest ATI Catalyst drivers!
