When UltraMon is not installed the last option when you right click a program on the taskbar is close.
With UltraMon the last option is maximize to desktop.
Is it possible to have close as the last option?

This is possible, you can change the position of the menu commands added by UltraMon under UltraMon Options > Window Menu.
To access UltraMon options, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Options from the menu.
