I am making some suggestions. well first I love ultramon - ti the best.
For monitor 2 you should have an exact replica(working of course) of the primary taskbar but for monitor two(everything in monitor 2 corresponds witht that task bar and vice versa with primary task bar) so youd have the clock and all on both taskbars.

Thanks for your suggestion, will be considered for UltraMon 3.
Support for the clock is planned, I haven't looked into start menu and system tray support yet.
