This may be stupid, but how to make UltraMOn
launch at startup?

UltraMon should start at launch by default, please try repairing your installation.
To do this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on the support information link, then click on Repair.

Got it working, thank´s. I use it with 3 monitors for audio & video editing.
