Hello!
Just evaluate your beautiful program. Use Windows 2000 SP4 and two 15" monitors via ATI Radeon 2-head adapter. My tested application runs perfectly on Monitor2, only two small glitches: 1) child windows appear on Monitor1, not Monitor1 and 2) tooltips from buttons of application, shown on the Monitor2, arises on Monitor1 (in the correct coordinates).

Unfortunately UltraMon won't help with this, these issues would need to be fixed in the application.
UltraMon doesn't interfere with child window and tooltip positioning.
Beta 1 of UltraMon 3 is currently under development, but I don't have a release date yet.
