I'm looking to buy two 20" lcd monitors with 1600x1200 resolutions but have some questions:

Is it possible to run dual 1600x1200 res lcd monitors through dvi from a single card?

What is the difference between running dual monitors with one card as opposed to two in the same computer?

Are there advantages to running dual monitors (settings, performance, otherwise) with an ATI card vs. an Nvidia one?

Thanks!

You can run 2 monitors with one card.
Just buy card with 2 DVI output.

I have 4 pc Dell 2405FPW connected to
2 pc ASUS EN7800GTX

Good to know. Wow 4 2405FPW's must be something to see.

Mostly, you'll see huge spreadsheets plus some documents.

It's comparable to my 55" HD Plasma when I run movie
on all 4 monitors.
I hate grid between screens when I do that.
