When Surfing with IE 5.5, I sometimes get web pages that don't refresh properly. One of the pages is here. A screenshot of what I'm talking about is here.
I've never had this problem with a single monitor. Here are my cards and drivers if that will help.
Matrox Millenium G200 16MB AGP
Matrox Millenium 1 4MB PCI
Win2k Pro SP1
DirectX 8.1

Do you experience the problem in any other applications (including applications that use IE to view content like Outlook)?

I have the same problem from time to time, usually on sites that use frames. Sometimes the same sites work without problems though.
I'm using IE 5.5 SP1 on this system.
