I got a Radeon 64 meg ddr agp and a stealth s220 pci on windowsME. I wanted to make my radeon primary but when I did the other one wouldn't work, but when I make the stealth primary they both work...I could use some help with this. But in the mean time I'm trying to compromise, but I need to run my Video In program on my secondary monitor cause it's video in through the radeon but it starts up on the primary monitor, the stealth s220, and thus crashes. I tried making a multimon shortcut and telling it to start on monitor 2 but it simply didn't work.

The video capture program probably won't work if the Radeon isn't primary, even if you could move it to the Radeon display.
Have you tried different drivers for the Stealth? Seems to work fine as secondary on Win98.

I have the newest drivers that say it works as secondary, or at least works with more than one adapter. I was wondering if it had something to do with it being PCI and my other being AGP and BIOS making the PCI primary, so I changed the BIOS setting to AGP/PCI instead of PCI/AGP and that's when the message came up on the secondary monitor saying windows has initialized it yet when windows started up it did nothing even when I chose Extend my desktop.
