I have a Matrox g450 dual-head AGP
Is there any advantage to adding the ultramon software to my system (apart from being able to have multi-display wallpaper and multi-display screensavers)
Also will it install OK, or will it conflict with the Matrox software?

I didn't notice any problems running UltraMon together with Matrox PowerDesk and eDualHead on my G450.
In addition to the UltraMon features you already mentioned, you may also find the shortcuts feature useful.
