I find sometimes that after my screensaver goes on and I move my mouse to turn it off I lose the ability to open programs.
For instance trying to start Word shows the splash screen and the it doesn't load up. Or when I hit CTRL ALT DEL I can't launch task manager to end UltraMon to test if it's that.
A reboot is all that solves it.
Meanwhile I've uninstalled UltraMon to see if it continues to happen and figured I'd post to see if anyone has experienced this.
