In a future version, maximize to desktop will respect of the "always on top" option of the taskbar ?

It's something I've been considering as well, but I'm not sure if it will be more useful. I think I'll add an option that lets you maximize to the whole desktop, or to the desktop excluding the taskbar/desktop toolbars. I will try to add the feature in Beta 5.
