I've got two screens. I have the Smart Taskbar to only tasks on it's screen. It works well on all apps except for Google Talk.
When I move the window onto the Smart Taskbar screen the task stays on Windows' Taskbar and doesn't show up on the Smart Taskbar.
I'm running WinXP+SP2.
Is this a Google Talk bug or Ultramon bug?

Thanks for the bug report. I've been able to reproduce this issue, will be fixed in the next release if possible.

I have the same problem.
I can add that when you minimize the googletalk window(s), they come to the correct taskbar
