My experience is that W2K will simply not accept a PCI card as the primary if an AGP card is present. Maybe someone has found a way around this but I sure can't. W2K seems to completly ignore all instructions from the BIOS when it comes to access sequence. It also ignores any IRQ instructions.

Lots of people use their old S3 or ATI cards as primary in BIOS with Win2000, seems to work fine for most of them.
