I have reposted this here since I think I got the wrong forum first time.
The maximisation feature just seems to fill both screens with a window, but the window doesn't have the normal maximised frame, so it can be moved; and the frame has a larger boarder than true maxised window thus meaning client layout size on single screen maximised is different from on two screen maxised (this matters in terms of vertical client height).
Are ther any plans to fix this, or am I doing soemthing wrong

Unfortunately that's not possible, 'really' maximizing the window would result in the window being maximized on a single monitor only.

Is there any chance of adding a feature in next version to 'really' maximise over the entire desktop ?

As far as I know that's technically not possible.
