I cannot find the option for The UltraMon wallpaper manager I have the newest version. Im using a laptop computer and a external crt display. My video card is a ATI RADEON EPRESS 200M. Can anyone please help.

By stretch do you mean you want to span a background image across multiple monitors? If that's the case you simply pick tile as the option, as stretch will make it fit in one monitor. Although for tile to work you'll have to actually have an image the size of the monitors you want it to span.

To configure the wallpaper settings, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Wallpaper from the UltraMon menu.

It would be nice if the wallpaper stretching "style" had a fifth function, to stretch to detail. That is to say, a proportional stretch where the image is stretched until it fills the monitor completely, even if it means cutting off the top and bottom (or left and right) of an image. A full screen image, even if it's a detail of a larger image, is often preferable to either a distorted image or blank space on the sides.

Thanks for the suggestion, will be considered for UltraMon 3.

I would like to second this stretch mode feature request. I have never seen anyone implement it in a wallpaper selection dialog, but it seems like such a useful feature. I always end up cropping wallpapers to the correct aspect ratio.
