I was just wondering does Ultramon have a transparency feature for applications. Or would I have to rely on third party apps like Actual Transparent Window.

To my knowledge ultramon does not do it. Although drivers do. Nvidia drivers will let you set transfparency for any window at all. So long as you are running an OS that can actually do transparency. I'd assume ATI's drivers offer it as well but I'm not sure.
